EMAX Solutions is seeking a Sales and Support Assistant to sell our ERP software solution and to support our customers.

Responsibilities
• Maintain the highest level of customer and partner satisfaction
• Generating new leads via referrals, emails, website, social media and networking
• Follow-up on all leads
• Providing Customers with the proper information and appropriate solutions
• Engage and work with business partners where appropriate
• Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process
• Maintain a positive, professional ‘total customer service’ attitude
• Help and support our customers when requested
Previous Experience
No previous experience is required. We are seeking an individual who has a positive aptitude, good verbal and written English, and a passion to meet and help customers.
Internal training and support will be provided on the job.
